"La Côte Ronde"

Grape varieties : 50% Grenache - 50% Syrah
Vinification : a first cull by the harvester at the moment of harvest, and another cull prior to a complete égrappage; maceration for 20 to 30 days, in pigeage vats.
Aging : 16 months in barrels.

Grape varieties : 70% Grenache - 15% Syrah - 15% Counoise
Vinification : a first cull by the harvester at the moment of harvest, and another cull prior to a complete égrappage; maceration for 20 to 30 days, in pigeage vats.
Aging : 16 months in barrels.

Vinification : Extremely fine cull; direct pressure; débourbage; fermentation in new bats, then bâtonnage twice weekly until bottling, in June.
Aging : In new barrels
